We’re a small, family-run business with a big heart. Our freeze-dried lolly journey began not just out of a love for fun, crunchy treats, but from something far more personal and meaningful. My daughter, Hannah, lives with epilepsy – a condition that makes holding down a traditional job difficult. As a family, we wanted to find a way to give her a sense of purpose, something to be proud of, and a chance to shine on her own terms.

That’s how Freeze Shack was born.

Together, we began experimenting with freeze-drying popular lollies – and what started as a curious idea quickly turned into a joyful obsession.
